New:Sword+Fern now accepting credit cards through Squareup.com

Now when you come in to the shop, I'll be accepting your credit cards via a new service called Square, a small company based out of San Francisco.

I'll run your card on a tiny slide reader attached to my Ipod touch, and you'll sign it with a stylus pen-
I'll also ask you whether you'd like your receipt sent to you via text message or email.
Easy!Safe!Secure!

P.S.- I highly recommend the service to everyone who needs a way to accept cards. The fees aren't that bad, and the equipment and registration is free. Great for touring bands, photographers, and anyone who is working independently/freelance.
